What does MyCitySuites really mean? Others say we are a chain of hotels. Some say we are operators of service apartments. And then there are a few who say that we are neither. Simply put, MyCitySuites is a pool of fully furnished condominium units for short to medium term use. Since we opened our doors to our first city suite in 2011, we have served business travellers, executives, Balikbayans, tourists and local weekenders. As to what they think of their stay with us: many are pleased, some are surprised and a few felt that we should be more like a hotel or a service apartment. The fact is we cannot please everyone, but we strive to give our guests a pleasant stay in any of our city suites. We are happy to inform you that we continue to experience a growth in our patronage. That is primarily because of our own style of MyCitySuites Hospitality.
First, our guests, when they arrive at the airport (whether from international or domestic flights) are spared from having to wait in line for a taxi or from paying expensive pick-up or dropped-off car services. All our guests are picked-up from the airport for free.
Secondly, our guests need not worry about housekeeping as we take care of providing daily housekeeping needs, which include making-up beds, linen changes, room, kitchen and bathroom cleaning and even dish washing.
Fourth, our guests are afforded simple conveniences such as on-line or credit card payment, mini-bar, free wifi and freedom to use the condominiums’ various amenities.
Fifth, all our City Suites are centrally located in key commercial business districts. This allows our guests convenience access to stores, restaurants and entertainment centers.
Whether that makes us like a hotel or a service apartment, you be the judge. Our goal is simply to make our guests’ brief stay with us pleasant and memorable. And by the way, our rate packages are reasonable. We continue to introduce choices that will best suite our guests preferences.
